Puntland Needs This Bad Boy

I always knew something was 'missing' in the urban lay-out of Puntland cities. It's not just 'side-walks' which is a big issue and I covered what can solve that in a previous topic by getting our hands on a 'bricklaying machine'. Mogadishu has done it already and it looks great.

The machine that can do it is here and it's very cheap. So there is no excuse for any region and it speeds up development very fast. 12k a piece. You can get 50 neighborhoods and side-walk done in a month quick easily. I prefer brick over cobblestone, u can clearly see how mogadishu lane-way looks far more superior to 'cobble stone of baydhabo'.

But back to my original intention of the thread. I noticed this recently in Garowe, they are starting to do 'road curbs', this is great addition to our roads, the curbs provide a 'city feel' and 'organized' look. Have a look here.

You can see it at the 0:26 mark and constantly repeated over the video

It looks good I think and the great thing it can be done super-fast and cheap. It's only 8k investment

Imagine all our streets in PL had these beautiful 'kerbs' and inside the side-walk and neighborhoods we had brick-lane-way. Wallahi the city would look totally amazing, we invest so much in silly hotels when a small investment in urban city tools do far more to beautify the city then a hotel. I urge PL to grab these babies and lead the way. Mogadishu has already beaten us in the neighborhood brick-lane-way. Don't cry when u see them curb up the city with this baby.

I doubt PL can afford this heavy duty machinery but the other one will be fine.

This would be even better but it's not cost realistic unless u get it second hand or find a china manufacturer. It's 180k

Look how jealous these id33r will get cause I am contributing ideas to improve my homeland, DAMN dogs of hell like @Passenger @Lordilord @One Star To Rule Them All @SirLancelLord @Gucci mane @TabK all of u are true dogs of hell, barking at me cause I love my homeland and wish the best for it. Now take this apple and 'swallow' it wallahi

I urge puntites there is no excuses for not creating these brick-lane-way. I posted the road paver is '8k' and it's cost effective where u only need a few 'labourers' to fill the machine, we can finish this job within a 'month'. And guess what? Look how 'cheap brick' is in China. Your talking $2800 but I am sure u can bring him down to $2000 if you guarantee him more 'stable' work.

10,000 Bricks should be able to pave at least 3 lane-ways, 3000 bricks per neighborhood alleyway is what I am estimating. Come on guys let's do it.

Are u saying that we can't pave lane-ways in PL at that sort of price of $2800 for 10,000 bricks? just that one purchase can allow us to pave 3 neighborhoods completely, imagine how great 'garowe' will look from the 'aerial shot' no more 'dusty laneways' all paved with bricks connecting to 'paved roads'. At least if u don't want to pave the neighborhood alleys and want proper roads, then at least 'pave' the city center and everywhere there is a road as a side walk

Come on puntites. Stop losing hope, we can complete that 'sanaag road'. It only costs $80 to $100 per tonne of bitumen which is the most expensive part of the road project.

We as Puntites need to get together and pool our resources, the reer sanaag travelled around the diaspora and 'quoted' each Puntland community a 'quota' of the road construction. It will be given to them in 'phases' as they complete the first phase and then second phase will be handed.

Look how embarassing that shit is. World bank iyo Banadir basically funded and built the road. That is pathetic and unacceptable. We don't need world bank for 8k machine and 2000 dollar per 10,000 bricks. Hell no. I feel like going back to PL and yelling this is disgusting and never seek world bank for such cheap projects.

I am personally buying this as a 'gift' to the 'garowe' mayor and hope it kick-starts a 'race' in PL to stop using 'manual' labour when u can automate and speed up things with machines. It only costs $2000.

I would ask the Garowe Mayor to buy a few and set a twice a week cleaning schedule to ensure the city is free of the waste, bags, litter, etc.. Notice in the video he collecting waste in 'dirt' which is exactly what I intend for this machine in Garowe since it's not all paved and lots of areas are still dusty lane-ways, this machine will be perfect for those hard to reach areas.

While my city will enjoy this type of public service guaranteed twice a week

I will be chatting with our enemies from Garowe 'park-lands' while listening to their nonsnse of trying to convince me that PL is bad yet they are sleeping in 'sewages' lol.

I hope the garowe mayor has a 'public park' policy. All he needs is 'trees' and 'grass seed' and 'water' and let' that turn into a beautiful 'green public space' for Puntites to go for nightly strolls. One nice big open public park with 'fountains' would be amazing. We can even call the park after one of our 'heros'

Something like this would make 'garowe' look so appealing and make Somalis 'hate us more' yes the more we 'beautify ourselves' the more the hate increases which is a good thing, 'wanaagina buu diidan yahay' lol.
