The most useless PM in history

In his own words, the legacy that he leaves behind to the Somali people is that he had never quarreled with the president.

Khayre did also with Farmajo so this can only be a legacy if it actually can last the full 4 year term of HSM government, which Khayre didn't and got booted in the last year due to the usual(failed cultural markers I speak about).

I do encourage legacies no matter what leader or clan is in the office as this can be used in the future as a lesson for the future or building blocks for successive governments towards political stability and maturity.
