Yes ur sub-clan is part of the presidency, u must think for all puntland or remove ur clan from presidency and stay 'local'. Mudug has decided it's economic future is tied to taping into the extraordinary growth of ethiopia(10% a year), that 10% growth will be felt in Mudug, while the south is 'devolving' with inflation so 'high' there due to diaspora pressures @Gadhwayne, their losing money not growing lol.
