In Somalia there should be democracy and true universal elections only at the federated states level and if necessary at the municipal/district level. However there should be no democracy or universal elections at the national level until there is peace throughout the whole of Somalia and the federal government has established supreme authority over the entire Somalia from Ras Aseir down to Ras Kamboni

In the meantime follow the UAE political system at the national level albeit in a republican version
