This is not a good idea. No reer Puntland should be celebrating this. Inviting countless of non Puntlanders from the south and Oromos from Ethiopia and telling them they can vote and run for office in Puntland is a deadly combination.

PL has to have a law that forbids non-PLers to run until then they'll keep on running, they'd be lucky to get at least 1 seat
