Interesting PL progress facts to note. @Manzana @Finesse

3% of our population was immunized in 1998, today it's hovering at 87%
While we had 1 trans-national road in 1998. in 2019 we have 75 paved roads in PL
0 govt buildings existed in 98. Today nearly 900 do.
0 dams existed in PL in 98. Now 23 do

I love these type of statistics. U need to know what existed in 98 and what exists now in 2019. To measure the progress, in-fact we can pinpoint when this progress began also. It was when farole came to power in 2009, before then we were heavily invested with the TFG of Abdillahi Yusuf so southies can have a government.
