I am sorry to advice everyone but the reality sometimes isn't what u want to hear but is the truth and can be tested. Puntland is far more mature then anything in Somalia and solution driven and not conflict focused like other regions because we don't disturb anyone in their regions as we refuse to entertain such a role when we are the deciders and delegated the Mother of Somalia. But PL hasn't demonstrated good governance nor an effective legal system. Everything can be comprised with fraud, corruption, and nepotism or emotional or threats by armed clans.
This can only mean the state is comprised from inside and these are the worst crimes in the western world and matters of high court or supreme courts, but puntland hasn't convicted one person for fraud, corruption, etc which is a huge risk to not only diaspora or even potential investors that their investment can also be comprised. They need proof to send to their countries that your system is truly a system for all and no-one is above the law or else if they find someone is above the law regardless who they are, this isn't a system designed for a 'state' but for a 'few people' and a few people can not develop a GDP and therefore self sustain itself in the long term. In short you can't make the govt gurigaga personalka ah, because it's not a business owned by single or many shareholders, it's not even a bank owned by a few licenses, the actual state is owned by all as they all pay taxes including foreigners. The only way they can test your system is working is your locals must trust it and respect it or else it has no integrity and is basically unproven system. There is no way shell a multi billion dollar organization that has to report shareholders they will invest a region where anyone is above the law and has armed militia and the government is corrupt from within and unreliable. So why do puntites ask for investors? we look silly wallahi and not mature state then. Plz focus on setting up the governance and proving their is no fraud, show us people are arrested and severely punished by high court for a crime against the state.
