@PhySom has followed my views rationally on this topic, I don't think PL is ready for Democracy. The Somali question we should ask is 'horta ninkani cod ma istahila"? they hardly pay taxes niyahow so their not even stakeholder except the nomads who get charged hefty levies but the urban cats nah bro, they don't pay wallahi. They prefer to give they're ina adeer laluush and say sign this for me or that, becuz the way they see it is 'tolka ayaa siisay' while u didn't give it to the govt who is composed of all 'qabiils' while u got what u want done also. So they are not tax payers firstly, if he was he would know he paid so so amount to the govt and doesn't want to see his taxes lost.
Secondly me and u agreed on the fact mentally and economically they're is no feasible environment for independent thought to flourish. Democracy needs independent thought and criticism but these niggas won't even criticise their clans showing to the world their mind isn't yet self critical and therefore their criticism of other clans will be deemed conflict of interest and not factual as they haven't demonstrated objectivity about their own clan first to the world.
So the mind is dead but the body is alive in Somalia is good analogy. Our universities are not academia as other universities do not colloborate their libraries, wallahi other universities 'uma furan' jamacad liito their library as it could ruin the scholarly standard. There is even acceptance levels of each university before colloboration is accepted. I have yet to see a single Somali university reach that stage. The closest to it is Amoud. We will see what Makhir one has to offer but I wud suggest this would be the biggest economy driver of Makhir if they fill this void in Somalia and link their university to accepted universities around the world and colloborate their libraries, wallahi every student in Somalia will consider it the HARVARD then. U can charge 10k a year to each student who will come knowing the 'shahado' will give them first priority in the world market place as skilled labor.
I was hoping my town Qardho takes this role as it's economic driver but it has failed to do so. Makhir beat them to it. Garowe just a fuckin airport over world class university waa 'riyoole' kkkk the taxes u collect at an airport won't match the student fees at makhir university if it becomes 'world standard'. So I guess u got something to work towards in terms of an education economy.
But the reason why I don't want democracy is their IQ level isn't ready for it, they still clan cheerlead sxb and don't assess policies objectively if their clansmen is proposing it, hence their is conflict of interest that this person is biased and skewing policies towards preferences of clan and that's not science, academia would collapse of the rule of objectivity wasn't applied.
The other thing I am worried about is parties. PL economy is run by islamists, they will end up being donors of parties who need campaign money for their team, travels, staff, and expenses of election. We will end up being an islamist controlled democracy and this is going to cause a civil war again in PL and put us in the bad books of the global world order like EGYPT. How do we create a democracy in Somalia without starting a civil war? we need to ensure our business class slowly changes over time, we need to knock out the islamist from Bosaso. We need to keep ali salebaan isolated @Reer-Bari as their diaspora business men flock back to PL seeing their business interest as a way to 'control maxamud saleban parties'. I don't want to empower this langaab he isn't good for us sxb wallahi.
The other thing is how we gonna do democracy? SYL style? fight for seats, majority rules, coalition styles between parties, how do we ensure we eliminate tribe completely is another question or it's not a democracy at all once tribal factor is involved. Isimo r separated from govt in PL, so there is no conflict of interest this works, I can still do my clan planning without consulting a gurti like somaliland and other clans. Arimahayga beeleed anigay ii taal, ana ku abtirsado, wax dawlada quuseeyo ma aha ama guurti kkkkkk. Dawlada must be just for puntite interest nothing else. Dawlada isnt your ELDER and I agree with that, maba ku abtirsado beeshina how can u treat him like ur elder.
