At least he is paying them, I've never seen a state fail to pay their security sector, it's the most important sector in the whole state. Have u ever seen police officers, military officers in the west protesting about salaries, in-fact in any country in the world, even Kenya they don't. That was a big disgusting situation in Puntland showing the world we are not functioning state, thank god Deni fixed this up. This I give him credit too.

By the way bro for correction, those are burmadka not Darawish. When Burmadka training finish on the two military camps 54, abgaaali soon will start Darawish.
Deni plan is before train offence force train the Defense force. So he start with madaxtooyada then Burmadka. Last will be Darawish the attack force.
