That was an easy decision, SWS is the wisest of all the states, the harder decision was Benadir and Hirshabelle, I thought about making Benadir Simba but that would be unfair to Hirshabelle a fully fletched FMS, they have it hard enough as it is being overshadowed by Benadir region so I cut them some slack

Beesha calaamka is off during the weekends and Ahmed Madoobe and Deni didnt do their research. They thought James Swan would take a day off on their behalf and show up. Tomorrow is Sunday and James will be knocked out after staying up all night getting drunk.
