Dowlada Puntland ee Deni hada hogaamiyo,waxaa laga rabaa in ay dadajiso arinka Shidaalka.

Dhawaan Dowlada Fadaraalka ee Somaliya,waxay saxiixi doontaa heshiiska Qarxinta Baloogyada xogtooda la hayo ee JL ilaa Galmudug.
Sanad gudihiis waa in xogta Badda ee Shidaalka Puntland la helaa si ay ula jaanqaado Qarxintaas.

Shirkada hada haysata xogta Shidaalka Somaliya ee TGS waxay aad udanaynaysaa dhanka Puntland oo ay aaminsan tahay in Shidaalka ku jira Baddeeda uu Toban jeer ka badan yahay kan Bartamaha iyo Koonfurta Dalka.

When exploring OIL you need 'large land or sea' as 'fields' if your land or sea block is 'tiny' the assumption is, their isn't much oil to work with becuz they need to dig wells and u can't dig wells if your land is tiny footprint plus the storage of that oil in small land isn't worth the investment put in to extract oil.

Puntland has 30% of Somalia Land-Mass, 50% of it's coastline. Who would u prefer? Plus PL has the logistic infrastructure such as airport, ports, roads to facilitate the oil 'trade' and most importantly 'stability' politically and security. Even if you dig southern 'waters' how u going to transfer it to 'mogadishu' when you know shabab is everywhere on the road. The southies have been lied to yet again by their lying leaders.

@bidenkulaha the other thing that makes me suspicious of this oil talk, why hasn't somalia or puntland talken to OPEC? u think they will stand by and allow the global production rate be impacted? even if they do allow it, some country will need to produce less for somalia to produce. It's all hogwash, we have leaders who do not understand we are not cilmo siyad barre and dont buy into 'igu sawirs'

If they are willing to dig, then be my guest. They pay for the exploration, drilling and even pay advanced revenue on these contracts so you'll receive income before the 10 years or so years it takes to produce.

Somalia has very high potential in both solar and wind power. We must take advantage of world wide finance for clean energy.

I believe Saudi Arabia and OPEC in general are for the first time welcoming new oil production as world wide production of oil is falling and therefore becoming more expensive forcing the green energy transition which they want to delay as much as possible.

If u over-supply the oil, all opec n somalia suffer, the world consumes 100 million barrels a day, their not gonna produce 200 million a day, do u get it, where it will be considered 'too much supply' and everyone prices is effected then. Plus where is the market we will service? which country? niyahow caruur ba iska tahay

@bidenkulaha why would the world want Somalia oil when it's so politically unstable n weak, where some enemy country can use it to disturb the supply chain. U need government stability first n foremost. Then u need a market or country to service, cuz u cant just produce something and flood it into some other country loooooooool. It doesn't matter if Somalia has the best grade of oil and quantity when no country will open it's market to it. I wish u hags just give up on government n let majerten rule forever, your idiots n clowns.

Well Somalia is never producing anything major lol. We have little political stability and you need to invest 10s of billions to get close to Libya let alone Iraq or Saudi. That won't happen with our political situation. Therefore won't have major impact on world supply.

But world supply is falling as American oil, especially shale, reduce investment due to increased government climate regulations from the Democrats who are anti-oil and majorly invested in Green energy companies. Therefore Saudi Arabia will want more oil suppliers as if oil reaches 200$ everyone will rush into green energy transition.

Even BP and Shell are transitioning into green energy.
