Absolutely not. Unless they’re from a third party seller who’s not abhorrent to intl law. You could by Oromia’s captured weapons from ENDF

Why don't they just surprise attack them instead of all these millitary shows.
It's to strike fear. Large-scale mobilization is always spotted before the battle even takes place. That's how basic scouting works. A huge part of war is troop moral.
I don't trust Deni at all in this war against ISIS. Why is he using clan militia ? Where is the PL Darwish and PMPF ?
Why is this operation no undercover since ISIS are already inside Bosaso ?
Why do you need heavy artillery that you can't carry up the mountain ?
It seems like UAE is trying to end tribal militias so they can dominate PL with the PMPF force the same way they did Yemen and Sudan.
