Wisil was captured by al shabab as documented by @TekNiKo but Puntland sent 100 boys and will up that to 500 in the future to provide peacekeeping mission in Galmudug and to ensure that shabab doesn't threaten puntland's baby galmudug or breach the buffer 'godinlabe'.
