Its a well known SL tactics to use horgals for igu sawir , the horgals were given a pass but i don't think it will fly anymore
It doesn't matter because the world knows when something is a media stunt compared to public will, media stunts are usually a few people in some isolated room or residential luuq(not even in public area)
