Carta Jabuti is similar to Carmo or Badhan. It's nice your building roads in Puntland but if the town has no strategic value or has no way to contribute to Puntland GDP or economic actvities, it's a waste of a road and a waste of investment and all we will get is shitty houses and settlements or consumers who are jobless.
Eastern Sanaag is beautiful and yes if access is given through a road, it may help with agriculture development and possibly returnees from Bosaso heat-wave seasons but is that the only use we want from it? It seems like a good spot for minerals and resources that can employ a-lot of people if we can kick-start some sort of revenue sharing deal with the feds in mogadishu.
Tourism is a possibility also with hikers wanting to trek and camp in those mountains and forests which is unique to only sanaag only. As for beaches I think it has Las qoray but that's just on the red sea, the indian ocean will always beat the red sea unless it's for diving purposes and then the red sea wins but if it's for surfing and all the things westerners love who need to be the clientele then it will happen from Guardafu to Ras Kamboni or the indian ocean side and anything in between those two extreme points.
