Time to take over federal functions of Somalia govt thru the regional council, name a new capital, conduct presidential race, and advise all to relocate to the new capital. Create banadir a new regional state and elect salad ali jeele as president. Somalia cannot remain hostage to mogadishu constant games of stalling army creation, stalling constitution, stalling funding of states. These haram ku nool want the status quo to continue so the moryans can continue living the haram lifestyle.

PL was no different to the situation Hirshabelle is in now or the South-west. We took that and turned it into what it is today. Where-as Hargeisa-Burco-Berbera were already well established cities in the north. Mog-Kismayo was also Established. PL are mighty. Show me one clan who turn a tuulo into the biggest major cities in Somalia today. You will be hardpressed to find it.
