It already looks like president Deni is doing Farmajoo's job. Deni should just take the lead and hold Somalia's national elections with the support of the rest of the other regional presidents.

Farmajoo doesn't talk, , even his prime minister has dumped him.

What is stopping us from holding Somalia's elections in Garoowe, kismayoo or Dhusamereerb? We already rule 90% of the country.
