I don't support any precious metal being sold either unprocessed or processed, precious metal is used as 'security n storage' not trade and short term selling. Any word from Puntland about large scale electrical grid ? I know we still in the infrastructure phase paving roads etc but We gotta start doing manufacturing for the economy and gdp

Where is the 'legal' grid brother, ppl get scammed on small investment like homes(no contractual law or dispute resolution organs due to no market laws).

I'll give u an example, the quality of build of for my father new property was cheated, especially the 'shub grade' n pipe, we rectified the 'shub' due to our knowledge of it, but then they installed 'low grade pipes' that exploded due to water pressure damaging the 'housing walls', there was no 'recourse' no 'contractual obligations' no 'dispute resolution' organs, no market laws to fall back on, we had to accept the loss. Now scale the investment to billion dollar investors, is that wise when 'tan yar' layska dhacayo, tan 'wayn' is out of the question.

The investment environment will be deemed 'high risk' for somalia by their govts to their investors as the necessary legal grid isn't there, we must present our 'legal' architecture and it's security on our existing market before we ask investors to come.

When I see robust legal architecture presented by the government regarding the market place and it's implementation model is measurable by experts, only then will my confidence rise. Lakin suuq fowdo ah ma keenayso 'investment' and since post 91 the ppl prefer 'fowdo' they think their 'smart' or something as it's seen as a badge of honor, so there is cultural issue to deal with and to show them how their silly thinking is effecting their region.
