What do y’all make when you want to raid the fridge? Any suggestions?

Do you think the effort spent making the food might help scratch that itch for a meal, thus reducing the urge to binge?

I know breakfast foods like Scrambled egg + Sabayat and French toast but thats about it

What do you guys make/do?

I thought I could handle spice cause I could take on a Nandos Extra hot chicken easy. Then I went to an Asian maqaayat. Their mild sauce was too much.
