Possible early history of jabart in jeddah

I found this post where this guy talks about the excerpt from this book. I didn't realize there was such a deep connection between jeddah and the nisbah jabart

Apparently one of the famous Sarah Abdullah ibn abbas practiced seclusion in the first mosque in jeddah with a group of jabarts with him.
