The 18 state is garbage. Bosaso to Galkayo is 750 km, galkayo to hamar the same. Yet they have 4.5 states(galgaduud, hiran, south-east mudug, banadir, middle shabelle), while PL has 2.5 states. 18 State model doesn't work if it's cannot be applied uniformly across the nation. Hence aa formula is needed that can be applied nation wide.

Thats not what @DR OSMAN seems to understand. India is so much smaller than Russia but has a much larger population. Very basic concept to understand yet he does not seem to get it

Prince population doesn't qualify for a state or every city will be a state in australia, there is formulas and land size is one big factor to disqualify every city claiming statehood. As for population the 'south' is diverse, hag portion is 40% maximum, 15% will be reserved to Madow alone, forget darods-rahanwayn. Even in south-central it's shared territory, hags r tiny with many clans living there.

Let's assume one sand dam supports 4000 families as per the article below

4000 families assume each has 5 kids plus two parents. That's 7 ppl. 1 family=7, 10 families=70 ppl, 100 families = 700 ppl, 1000 families = 7000. 7000 X 4 = 28000 people.

So we now know one dam supports 30000 people. Multiply that by 32 existing dams in PL. That's serving 900k population and we haven't reached 20% of the 'nomads'. This isn't including the 700 water wells in the land.

U guys r insane if u think MJ is small. If their small they wouldn't be building dams at this rate. Why waste money on it if ppl are not there.

Now back to u HAG boys. Where are ur dams, how many is it? nil. Why? u dont need it cuz u dont have large nomadic population, a few water wells is enough for u

Plus when we start calculating cities n villages. We using water suppliers n electricity generation capacity and working out how many homes it can power and deliver water too and assuming 7 ppl per household.

No more fake estimates, estimates will be backed using hard infrastructure. That's untill a proper I.C census is done.

We will take those infrastructure sourced estimations(electricity capacity, water wells, dams) and then apply land size into the equation and develop a formula to power share. Once a census is done, we won't use the electricity-water wells-dams population estimation and use the census data along with the land size then.

Lakin ha moodinaa no land size in the equation, it has to be or else every degmo will be declare itself a state. PL must walk out from that if land size isn't in the equation, it will create chaos internally and every town n village saying they are a state.

PL has legit 32 Dams according to government records.

If 20% coverage has been reached becuz it's still seems like a huge work in progress. For 900k at 20% rate. We cud assume(20% x 5) = 100% coverage, we only reached 1/5 of the population. 900k x 5. That's 4.5 million nomads, that's not including our cities or villages just the 'nomads'. I didn't even bother calculating our 700 nomaadic water wells into the equation either.

Now tell me their is 700 water wells in GM/HS combined wallahi u won't find it becuz their is no nomadic population. Your towns r villages today is the reality in GM/HS. Representation should be allocated by population, why should land size matter? Only reason your saying that is because deep down you know the desert state you hail from is dry and empty with no population to speak of. Population density is your biggest nightmare.

I just proved we have 32 dams, each dam serves 4000 families. If 1 family is 7 ppl that's 30k per dam. 30K X 32 dams=900 k. We only reached 20% of the nomads or 1/5. We haven't reached the remaining 3.6 million or 80% left to reach. We have 700 water wells but no ppl right? nice one convincation our water infrastructure is proving the population is massive or their would be no water wells, dams, etc.

Now where is your dams in hag land? none, why? no nomads end of story.
