Yes the relative is sick, but he is also traumatised. Palestinians don't have normal childhoods, they're all backed against a wall 365 24/7. Their kids are run over, shanked, bombed dropped on them, set on fire while they sleep, shot and evicted from their homes. I won't cast a massive judgement on this/ guy - he's not mentally right.
