Update required given Parliament is now changing the NCC agreements into constitutional language. Looks like it’s been given the go ahead after yesterday’s Beesha Caalamka meeting.

There’s expectation constitution should be done before September when IMF is set to reach an agreement on debt relief and one of the things mentioned in their report include the potential completion of the constitution by the 3rd quarter

Kheyre is headed to Mogadishu too but that have very little support from the current set of MPs. But good to see everyone taking this serious. Proves that we’re at the end stages

HSM needs 180 or so MPs last I heard. (2/3rd of Parliament). He has the SL, most of the PL MPs to vote for it. Plus the JL MPs. LG controls most of his MPs and Galmudug is mostly UPD

July and August will be a busy sitting for parliament as it’ll be before the last IMF meeting and there’s expected legislation like the income tax law that is meant to be passed and expectation of a completed constitution

a nice little bribe to Aadan Madoobe, new Agaasimaha Wasaarada Shaqadaha after that dhulo kid was arrested for corruption goes to Yusuf Wadani who’s Aadan Madoobe’s son in law and dhaxal suge. The upcoming parliament is the most important so a lot of positions need to be cleared and money saved up.

it’s gorgotan season! HSM met with Kheyre and Shariif past few days as well. Seems like he’s prioritising Aadan Madoobe as if gets the Speaker he can get anything masiiri passed even with the opposition.
