It's fake news. There's no AS in SL, and no PL "forces" are able to enter SL held territories to arrest anyone.

True, but there’s a slight possibility the guy tweeting was referring to SSC, maybe AS was sending weapons to the areas in SSC they have a presence in.

Yes, that'd be possible. It's likely though the tweet was just pure fake news in wanting to inject Somaliland into a news story it had nothing to do with.
