Canada is much more PC and much more indifferent to crimes and terror than the UK. At least half of your newspapers will do a witch-hunt and name these criminals and terrorists and even show where they live. The Canadian papers wouldn't name the acid throwers and would probably even say "Let's call him Michael", like they have done before. Or they won't even write these stories at all. I've had to go on foreign websites to get Canadian stories many times.
