Why are they meeting in a foreign country to discuss internal affairs of Somalia.

We have dogs as leaders and their masters are the gulf arabs.

What I don't get is Puntland trying to form alliances with these FMS leaders who have shown us they could care less about 'federalism' or the constitution. I know its "politics" but they are openly wasting each others and everybody else's time and its getting old.

I think the closest equivalent in English language would be "eventually" or in standard af-maxaa tiri "ugu dambeyn".

I was semi Hooyo Mataalo until few years ago so I'm no expert here.
