Black refers to one of Niger-Congo descent. Somalis are almost completely dethatched from such labeling, at least in the eye of Palestinians. 
Also, Oromos are almost always lumped with Habeshas, and are seen (by the majority of the world) as indistinguishable from them (since nobody knows who ya'll are, lool), so I fail to see how HOAs are relevant to the message of this video.

How do you know they feel that way unless you've spoken to a significant part of them?
habeshas, somalis, oromos, all look alike for the most part: broad shiny foreheads, thinner lips, softer hair, etc. somalis are taller sometimes but not always.

I doubt it. Also people in Somalia don't really have the concept of a black person (by skin color), they only know of them as Jarer, and even then you will likely get politically correct answers (like so long as he or she is a good Muslim) because there is a camera pointed at you.

i feel like the more you fear Allaah, or try to, the less you consider race for marriage and the more you consider religious commitment for marriage, and of course-looks matter too. an attractive person is regardless, of their skin color.

I met arabs moroccans who seriously asked me if somalis are muslims or not, the average arab doesn't know much about somalis, maybe only Egyptians, yemenis, Saudis and sudanese are familiar with us

This channel is very interesting. Random Palestians and Israelis are asked questions from viewers, the owner of the channel is Israeli and he just asks the question he gets from the audience.
If you see the videos most of the times Israelis are western style politically correct, sometimes they even refuse to answer controversial questions. On the other hand Palestians usually answer without being PC even if what they are saying is outrageous
