Where's the press conference and photo op with a plan to lift 80% of its people from poverty? And it's entire population safe from terror? Or infrastructure projects? Or jobs for the unemployed youth?

They did this to make their peoples' minds wander somewhere else so they get off the government's back. There was no one in a public gay relationship or expressing homosexuality publicly in Mali.

Logistically, the hyper testosterone Africans, possibly are afraid that their love for women, a very precious God given right will vanish. Truly, they cannot imagine in their African heads that a man can be attracted to another man. While we western can pontificate because we are accustomed to gays who are open and transgender or whatever are in plenty-- they are not accustomed to it.

I have dealt with many Africans here in Minnesota-- West African specifically. Their conversation is despondent, and dull when conversing, but when they see a woman with a big fuuto pass near them, their face light up like a fat kid seen cake. Observing them react in that emotional lights capacity--sometimes gives me the notion to imagine what if i brought a big Fuuto gay, and cover their head with a cloth and let them walk around him, excite him, and then remove the head cover to show it is a man. I can just imagine the agony of pain from the African visage.
