We just disagreed with the pot calling the kettle black. Oromos are wandering civilians in PL while in Gedo they're a fully armed military patrolling cities. Galkacyo admin removed them couple of years back and hopefully soon they'll be removed from Bosaso and Qardho. A long term solution has to be put in place either PL has to create border patrol which could be expensive or work with Mustafa Cagjar to prevent them from crossing the border.

ENDF withdrew from Somalia in Jan 2009. The Ethiopian troops re-entered Somalia in Jan 2012 to help fight Shabab in Gedo. If you didn't want your region defended by ENDF then stop joining Alshabab.
