So these 4 met on thursday night and have requested to meet with HSM to go over his plans for the constitution. I agree HSM shouldn't be allowed to do what he likes and if there is to be pressure in FGS it will come from opposition based in Xamar. They can command at least 100 mps easy. FGS hasn't instilled fear in the mps like the previous govt yet....

It definitely will work, it has done wonders in many unstable parts of the world. Many fractured states have been glued together by two party system. South Somalia needs only strong, independent and transparent judicial institutions to keep the two parties in check. It would be shortsighted to oppose it based on current political dynamics.
