El-Afweyn (SD) – Reports from Sanag region indicate a Somaliland police officer killed and injured other soldiers in El-Afweyn district today.
Local media is reporting that the gunman opened fire on other fellow Somaliland soldiers, killing at least one soldier and injuring two others.
It is also reported that the officer after the shooting escaped and Somaliland authorities are investigating the incident.
