This guy looks very young to be an MP, he is even having issues talking in Somali like a Say Walahi kid. 
My guess is he is probably one of those NISA agents Farmaajo and laftagareen handpicked for SWS, anyway, it should be a requirement for MPs joining the country's highest Parliament to be fluent in the Somali language, this is unacceptable.
