Try a museum or a gallery if yiu like that type of stuff. If you go chinatown/soho you can check out british museum and national gallery. Prebook tickets though so you can skip the line and go straight in. Its all free

Other places I’d recommend are the parks like holland park and hyde park. Try avoid tourists traps like London Eye but if you have the money to spare go for it.
