I wonder how long US can hold the top spot.

How come these numbers are way off from my last thread? Do they exclude property?

Noticed some of the more socialist economies of Scandinavia are no where near the top 10.

Yet per capita Norway is richer than most of these countries in the top 10 :icon lol:

I doubt its accurate. I think China has a lot more millionaires than any country. These guys are tycoons in any major western city and cause inflation when purchasing properties etc.

I looked it up and found that the U.S has 11 million millionaires.
I was really shocked but then i figured it includes property prices--often artificially inflated---so it's not surprising.
I think the real monied class wants to inflate the number of millionaires in the country to distract from how small the real money holders are population wise

Socialism is the way to go! all this millions those households accumulate and horde were created on the back of the working middle class and should be taxed heavily to distribute it back to the people and economy.
accordian to keyneysian theory this creates aggregate demand in the market which in result creates more employment, generate more revenue for the state and grows the economy in times of recession.

It is not surprising. Many multinationals come from the US, usually headquartered in California or New York (silicon valley and wall street).

Many third worlders also are heavily invested in the US market as they don't trust their own country's stability. US companies are slightly overvalued because of this.
