UPD are planning now the model of the next elections and it won't be one-man one-vote elections.
It will be more advanced model like more voters/ergo and more cities so the key is
Is controlling the southern FMS through candidates from UPD with more integrity and competition instead of malxiis like the last one. Hassan Skeikh is their candidate. he thinks of Extension too since the govt will be more stronger and controls the security beside not facing local resistance in Xamar. They will start taking over the FMS with KG and Hirshabelle in Hassan Sheikhs second year so it can suit with his one year extensiton agenda(election under his allies in the FMS)
There is New coalion of Hassan Sheikh, IOG and Rutu and the reason Ahmed madobe visiting Djibouti has to do with IOG friendship with Rutu. For IOG, he wants to restore back his "Odey Soomaliyeed" image after his Irir gathering in Djibouti
HASSAN SH AND RUTU HAVE STARTED MEDIATION BETWEEN IOG AND AFWERKI and they got closer so you can add Eritrea to this new coalition in the horn. ETHIOPIA IS WEAKER NOW AND ITS ROLE IS SECOND TO THESE COUNTRIES.
