A lot of you will observe these and say "Dusty, barely any road having sh*tholes!" but I'm pretty impressed. If this is what Somalis do without a functioning government, any real international investment and for many years a civil war and recovering from that civil war then yeah, I'm impressed.

See what I mean? Again, how do you expect them to build that kind of stuff without massive investments and a functioning central government? Even though they're de facto independent even SL is stonewalled in many ways by what's going on in Xamar cos it's not recognized as a real country. All I'm saying is that what they've managed to build, considering the circumstances, is impressive.
