Mega cities in chaos/traffic gridlock/African aqli infrastructure/too many cars, too many people, population explosion, no infrastructure to accommodate it. (To drive 9 milesto work takes 1:45 min on a good day.

Rebellious regions/tremendous violence.

Yet these guys are building s mar homes.
