@Teeri-Alpha and me are definitely interested in this 'loosened' form of federalism, currently Somalia federalism is itself considered very 'centralized' and has me and Teeri worried about allocating more 'responsibility' to a dysfunctional Mogadishu. I mean they even literally used the little power they have at the airports to blockade flights to Kismaayo and arrested Security Minister of JL, imagine how tyrannical Mogadishu could become with more power? This could be PL in the future being arrested in Mogadishu, blockade of flights. If it happens to one region, it can spiral to all.
Confederalism may provide a check n balance to a potential tyrannical Mogadishu Authority.
