ShuunJama indeed the girl that was raped had some sort of mental illness which makes it worse. She was raped by several soldiers belonging to the PMPF a UAE funded project.

Foreign peace keeping soldiers will always commit rape and the mentioned troops are foreign trained. Only the Emirati overlord can agree to a mission as they are the funders.

The Vice Amey today said that a lot of rape cases are untrue in Somalia and Puntland and that the people should fear god and not embarass the government with exaggerated rape cases which International NGO's have a hidden agenda in.
