This guy does a lot Somali anime dubs but most of them are ass lol. He tries too hard to copy the Japanese cadence (reminds of AS nasheedo that try too hard to copy Arabic Anashid). I think he might also be using AI or a paid voice actor since it doesn’t sound like a native Somali

Im pretty sure he uses ai song thingy because it cant pronounce dha or qa or ca because its made for the english language. But his dubs are funny

He does use AI. I'm fairly certain the AI is why it has that weird cadence. I've seen this happen to other languages too.
