Remember when that Kaffir president of Uganda refused to allow Homosexuality and America boycotted his country even though they sent their children to die for America in Afghanistan (yes, Ugandan lives are that cheap lol) and Somalia amongst other places. This homosexual promotion is at the cornerstone of America's African foreign policy.

Unlike other places, America is deeply in Somalia and the entire government is their pet project. Remember the Snowden leak that revealed America gave Ethiopia the green light to invade Somalia and destroy the Islamic Courts union (which was peaceful at the time). CIA bases, American trainers, they got the country in their hands for the most part and can dictate with little backlash.

It would have been better if he was holding an ID that is Somali rather than clan. But it is a good start. The legislation being refereed to is "positive law" (Qawanin wadiyyah) which are laws that are created by legislatures, courts, or other human institutions that contradict any aspect of the Sharia of Allah. As for the things not covered under the Sharia like road safety for example, then that comes under what is known as Siyasa Shar‘iyya were religiously legitimate authorities (not Kuffar or Murtadeen) will issue law-like decisions that must meet two necessary conditions: The first, those decisions must be issued with the welfare (maslaha) of the Muslim community in mind and Secondly, they must not be inconsistent with the divine rules of Sharia.

Just because America and Europe are not Islamic countries doesn't mean they are justified in their crimes against Allah.

It would be better for you to not come across as condescending and this is only an advice for yourself.

Start at the basics. Fix your own society that requires complete and utter overhaul. Worry about Somalia and Somalis.
