Why are they throwing an opening ceremony for a prison? Lmfao. Misplaced priorities.
They need law n order facilities and it will help Puntland deport their SW criminals back to their homeland. It's a welcomed development. SW is on the move

@codewebsduh I am impressed with Baydhabo development for the last 3 years. They even have an airport 'tower' controlling their airspace, even Garowe Airport doesn't have this facility oo meel kale laga hagaa diyaaradaha soo degayso iyo kacayso is an extremely important infrastructure or else mogadishu can delay-cancel your planes.
