You know this highlights a bigger issue, the arab owner of Karmel mall dosent even bother use high quality material. The car passed through straight card board and plaster. No wonder he was caught bribing city officials. He just keeps building as cheap as possible to maximize profit. The entire complex its built upon an old office building and he just keeps building more on top of it. Even the newer part of karmel mall is sad, no beauty or anything just a bunch of concrete and the max amount of stalls to increase profit.

I've only been to Kramel twice since the new expansion. Its ugly and absolutely hella confusing. Can't tell one hallway from another!
