Management (if you get the job and you're competent, no one can move you)

Of course these are mostly jobs catered to specialists who are generally introverted and non-social. If your brother is more of a collaborative individual, his choice in career should reflect that.

Business Intelligence, DBA and theirs plenty of startups and well established companies that are willing to pay an upwards of 100-250K depending your experience and skills.
