what's the point of studying for degrees in a place like Somalia/Sland/galbeed when white collar jobs don't even exist?

if they were taught ventilation and cooling systems(AC), construction, plumbing and building roads, they'd all get a job, and help the economy of these place in the process.

Its not about getting shit done or laziness. Qatar was always ready with the funds. Sharboweyne decided to hold it back. Afgooye road has been finished for 6 months yet it hasnt been opened.
