(1) Decide what FMS the entire region of 'Mudug' comes under. Should come under Galmudug otherwise PL shows Somalia they introduced a tribalistic form of political structure to Somalia

(2) Decide the fate of Banadir/Mogadishu and how the people there deserve representation being the only directly taxed city/region of Somalia

(3) Gedo has to come under JL state rule which for the time being means being ruled by Kismaayo at all times

These are the current key issues of Somalia's federal system that must be addressed

Mudug doesn't exist in reality boowe. There is N and S mudug and the people in both states have moved on with their lives and actually cooperate when it comes to security. People are free to move between both states. But a political union will never happen. That's the reality on the ground.

Gedo will be ruled by kismayo as it was under barre hiiraale. But kismaayo cannot be ruled by kenya.

At the moment we have parasites from kenya occupying kismaayo.
