I see culusow is already laying the groundwork for his corruption which has now resulted in civil servants being paid less and soldiers salaries being slashed.
Under N&N both those salaries where paid on time and where increased yearly.
Culusow has bankrupted the failed state Somalia so now is sending his dogs. Sxb it won't work. Farmaajo paid the wages in full. Culusow within 6 months can't pay anymore.

Absolutely, Farmaajo started off with empty coffers and 9 months of backpay that our soldiers and govt workers did not receive under HSM. He has destroyed NIEC who is responsible for elections. He has dismissed the Financial Oversight Committee. He has ruined NISA and now are MoF and diplomacy is in tatters.
