If he’s visiting Garowe no problem, however he’s the foreign minister of Mogadishu meaning that his trips aren’t just visits they are political. And just to correct you that blanket order didn’t effect Faroole as he is a senator in the FGS and he was allowed to come to Garowe during Gaas’s ban, so exceptions were made he just wasn’t allowed in despite trying to sneak in from our southern border.
