Qatar promised to fund 11 major projects in Somalia and none of them has started yet, the Mogdishu-Afgoye-Jowhar was supposed to be inaugurated at the beginning of the 2020 according to Khayre and so far it turned out to be hoax.

The road construction project has completely stopped when the EX-Afgoye terrorism attack killed few of the Turkish engineers building the road, Farmaajo and his failed administration blamed AS for targeting the construction workers and the whole project was abandoned, please post a proof of your claim otherwise keep the fake news to your self.
