@Duke of Bohol I dont know about the UK, but here in the US most animals shelters if they cant find a home for your cat they will euthanize it.. You are better off keeping it or giving it to someone who can take care of it. Spaying and neutering your pets is the way to go. I learned it the hard way.

world when she is on heat, so I am lucky I guess.
